Each session typically lasts between 30 - 45 minutes.
I offer 1-to-1 Muscle and Movement Activation sessions that are designed to:
1. Switch on weak or underactive muscles;
2. Improve strength, stability and posture;
3. Increase mobility without endless stretching;
4. Remove recurring niggles and imbalances;
5. Move better and train with more confidence.
